Modelsim Simulator

1. Go here

2. Run installer and select Full Version

3. After you install, run Modelsim, and the license server is 1717@STUAPP, or even better, 1717@STUAPP.olin.edu

You may also try the Linux version. Read the INSTALL_NOTES.txt first!

Student Version

If you want to be able to live without being tied to the Olin license server, you can download the Student Edition. Be warned, I have not used it, but it should be okay.
