Homework 3 will not be graded. Solutions are provided below. I strongly suggest you try this homework. My reasoning for not grading this homework is that the machine problems cover a lot of the same material---albeit in implementation form---I would rather you concentrate on your Fall 2006/Homework/Machine Problem 1 for this week.
